Research Experience

2009-2017 Focused on investigating the dynamic structures of non-coding RNAs and their mRNA regulatory mechanisms based on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology.

2018-2025 Focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying primer initiation and synthesis by DNA primase via high-field NMR spectroscopy.

2026-Present Focused on the technological innovation of nucleic acid drugs, as well as the development of AI-enhanced novel strategies for NMR structural elucidation.
