研究方向:

  谭立课题组以潜在靶标蛋白结构及功能为导向,研发新颖、高特异性、高活性的小分子调节剂。

  以自行研发的新型调节剂作为信号通路探针,进一步研究其靶标蛋白在癌症、炎症或神经退行性疾病中的病理功能,及作为治疗靶点的潜力。

  优化先导化合物,研发临床治疗的候选药物。课题组当前关注作为维持蛋白质稳态的重要组件的靶蛋白——E3连接酶和去泛素化酶及一些激酶靶点。
