研究方向:

1. 以人类疾病为导向,综合利用结构生物学、生物化学、化学生物学等手段的交叉学科研究,具体包括:研究与癌症、炎症相关的细胞自噬(Autophagy)以及泛素相关领域的重要蛋白质及其复合物的结构与功能关系;研究肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS),老年痴呆症等神经退化性疾病,从分子层面来揭示相关的致病及调控机理。

2. 活性小分子的化学生物学研究,具体包括:天然活性小分子与靶点蛋白相互作用的机制研究;基于SAR-by-NMR方法,针对与癌症、炎症等疾病相关的重要生物靶点的小分子先导物的筛选和优化,及后期基于此先导物的机理和功能研究。
